4. Scale of Benefits

Event: Bodily injury caused solely and directly by accidental means which independently of any other cause shall within 12 calendar months result in death, loss or disablement or necessitate medical and surgical treatment.

Compensation shall not be payable:

In respect of Results A and B for more than the Death Compensation in the aggregate during any Period of Takaful.
For Results A and B (1), B (2) and B (3) caused by the same event except as regards Result A if Compensation has been paid or is payable for Result B (4), B (5), B (6) and B (7) in respect of the same Event the amount payable shall be limited to the sum by which Compensation A exceeds such Compensation.
For Result C and D for the same period of disablement nor for any period of disablement subsequent to Compensation becoming payable for Results B caused by the same Event
In respect of Results C and D or C and D combined for any period in excess of 104 weeks from the happening of the Event.
For any specific Result where greater Compensation is payable for a Result which includes such specific Result.
For any of the Result until the total amount has been agreed.

Contractor All Risk 1. Apakah Produk Kontraktor All Risk? Polisi ini direka untuk memenuhi keperluan insurans ditetapkan kepada kontraktor di bawah syarat kontrak. Polisi ini melindungi perjalanan kerja berkaitan dengan kontrak, kerja-kerja sementara, bahan-bahan, peralatan jentera yang digunakan ditapak binaan dan liabiliti yang terbit semasa perlaksanaan kontrak tersebut. Dengan tambahan premium, perlindungan polisi boleh diperluaskan meliputi loji dan peralatan pembinaan, pembuangan puing, fi professional dan harta berlokasi di premis prinsipal. 2. Apakah Perlindungan/Manfaat Yang Disediakan? ● Seksyen 1 - Kerosakan Bahan Ia melindungi hampir kesemua barang kepada sebarang kemungkinan kerugian fizikal atau kerosakan berkaitan (kecuali yang telah dinyatakan dalam pengecualian polisi) kepada kerja tersebut/ harta benda / barangan yang telah diinsurans, semasa tempoh insurans ● Seksyen 2 - Liabiliti Pihak Ketiga Seksyen ini mengambil kira liabiliti pihak ketiga yang mana secara tidak langsung sah dibayar akibat kerosakan tersebut di mana kami perlu bayar mengikut undang-undang pampasan akibat dari: (i) Kecederaan dan kesakitan badan akibat kemalangan kepada pihak ketiga (ii) Kehilangan atau kerosakan pada harta kepunyaan pihak ketiga. Tempoh perlindungan adalah berpadanan dengan tempoh perjanjian yang mana dinyatakan di dalam Surat Penganugerahan. 3. Berapakah Premium Yang Saya Perlu Bayar? Jumlah premium yang anda perlu bayar adalah berbeza bergantung kepada risiko pendedahan dan keperluan pengunderaitan pihak kami :

Workmens Compensation 1. Apakah Produk ini? Polisi ini melindungi anda sebagai seorang majikan berhubung dengan liability undang-undang anda di bawah Akta Pampasan Pekerja dan juga Common Law terhadap pekerja-pekerja anda yang biasanya tidak terlindung oleh SOCSO. 2. Apakah perlindungan / manfaat yang disediakan? Polisi ini menanggung rugi anda terhadap semua jumlah yang harus tanggung untuk membayar pampasan kepada manamana pekerja ke atas kecederaan diri yang berpunca daripada kemalangan atau penyakit pekerjaan yang timbul dan di dalam tempoh penggajiannya di bawah: • Akta Pampasan Pekerja 1952 dan pindaan seterusnya pada Akta tersebut atau • Common Law. Had Common Law yang standard ialah RM1,000,000 setiap kemalangan dan dalam aggregate. Tempoh perlindungan ialah selama setahun (kecuali risiko projek). Anda dikehendaki membaharui polisi insurans anda setiap tahun. 3. Dalam keadaan bagaimanakah saya perlu menanggung liabiliti? Anda perlu menanggung liabiliti ke atas: • Kecuaian peribadi • Gagal menyediakan tempat bekerja dan sistem bekerja yang selamat • Gagal memberi perhatian yang munasabah dalam pengambilan pekerja yang mahir • Gagal menyediakan mesin yang sesuai dan memastikan ia berfungsi dengan baik 4. Bolehkah pekerja itu menyaman di luar Malaysia? Tidak, polisi ini adalah tertakluk kepada kuasa undang-undang Malaysia sahaja. 5. Berapakah premium yang saya perlu bayar? Jumlah premium yang anda perlu bayar adalah berbeza bergantung kepada keperluan pengunderaitan pihak kami dan jumlah pembayaran gaji/upah tahunan yang anda isytiharkan kepada pihak kami.
